Ou-ee Kittikhoun (Ouee) has more than 22 years of experience working with non-profits and international development organizations in the area of volunteering, administration, facilitation in the training program, research, and project management. Ouee has been working at Cuso International in Lao PDR since August 2012, although he also used to work for Cuso International in Lao PDR in the past as a Program Assistant and Program Manager. Ouee has substantial development experience gained in other organizations including Save the Children, Red Cross Society and Khon Kaen University – Mekong Institute. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Special English Program from the National University of Laos (NUOL) in July 2003. He then pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the joint Master Program with the National University of Laos (NUOL) and National Economic University (NEU) of Vietnam from academic year 2006 – 2009. He received a fellowship for the New Zealand Aid Program to take in Young Greater Mekong Sub-Regional (YGMS) Professional Program at the Mekong Institute from May – November 2009 where this was classified as his advance non-degree program.
