Neha has been strategizing, developing and strengthening Corporate Volunteering Programs with iVolunteer for over 8 years. As one of the most tenured employees, her career at iVolunteer has spanned various roles including aspects like volunteer orientations, NGO relationship development, building corporate partnerships, and project management.
In her current role as the Head-Corporate Volunteering, Neha has worked on National projects of various corporate employee engagements and carried out end to end management which includes project development, planning, budgeting, implementation and reporting. She has been instrumental in retaining partnerships with corporate and in building newer partnerships. The projects led by her vary from being a one-day volunteering project to skill-based volunteering projects. With her vast experience of working with multiple clients, Neha has designed volunteering programs for more than 30 corporates including Tata Sustainability Group, Tata Capital, Godrej, Citibank, Nestle, Mondelez International, AMEX, VISA, Synopsys and Cummins.
She has conducted more than 100 trainings on Designing Volunteering Programs and Volunteer Orientations. She was the most looked for trainer to conduct volunteer management workshop and orientations for Tata Sustainability Group, Godrej Industries and for Aditya Birla group from 2014 to 2017.
Neha was instrumental in conducting the local research in Indian companies for “What’s Working: Effective Employee Volunteering in Asia- A Framework for Corporate Volunteer Leaders”. This resource was released by Points of Light in 2017.
She was a speaker in the National Conference of Volunteering ‘Volcon’ in 2015 and 2016 for 3 editions. She has also spoken about various topics related to volunteering and collaborative volunteering in Points of Light Conferences in 2017, 2018 and 2019. She has been instrumental in organizing Volcon in India in 2018 and Global Summit on Corporate Volunteering in 2019 in India.
