Eunice is with the Singapore International Foundation. She designs, implements and manages impactful capacity-building projects in the CLMV region. These projects are planned in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and are mainly focused in the areas of healthcare and education. She works very closely with the ministries, institutions, hospitals and other non-profit organisations in the various countries to facilitate collaborations, implement and achieve desirable project outcomes and impacts. She also engages a vibrant community of volunteers from Singapore. Previously a civil engineer, she has now dedicated her project management knowledge and skills to implement sustainable capacity-building programmes.
