Angela is a project manager with the Singapore International Foundation. She designs, implements and manages international development projects in sectors such as healthcare and education in China, India and Vietnam. She is passionate about community-driven and capacity-building models as both practitioner and researcher, and works closely with local community members and international volunteers to facilitate collaboration and achieve sustainable outcomes. With close to 15 years of experience in the education and non-profit sectors, she is well-versed in stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication and resource development. Angela holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the National University of Singapore and an MA in Political Economy of International Development from the University of Toronto.
