Biography

William I. Sidayon Jr. is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Computer Management and Masters in Education major in Educational Management in Pasig Catholic College-Manila Philippines. He was a former program officer of Teach for the Philippines who handles the grant of Asian Development Bank for the program Computer Access Mentorship Program. His program reached more than 9,000 targets Public Elementary School Teachers who registered and completed the online training program in less than 2 years. In 2015, Mr. Sidayon recognized as an award leader at the Duke of Edinburgh International Award for Young People mentoring the Deaf college students to undergo extensive training for the award. At present William works at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies at the Center for Deaf Esteem and Formation. His tasks are focused on planning, developing, implementing, facilitating, and monitoring college conscientization on social issues through educational programs tailored to the Filipino Deaf Youth. Part of his tasks also is researches and benchmarks to provide additional knowledge in the area of social responsibility, outreach and volunteerism.
