Biography

Kedkun is one of interviewer committee of Friends From Thailand (FFT) project in 2019. FFT project was collaborated between PSDS (PueyUngphakorn School of Development Study) and TICA (Thailand International Cooperation Agency) under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. FFT has an aim to send volunteers as Thai friends to work abroad since 2003. Kedkun is responsible on lectures in volunteer subject curriculum: volunteer management (pcd271), Volunteerism for Development (pcd201) and Inspiration and Empowerment in Volunteer Work (pcd374), under the curriculum of creative development study program. Kedkun holds Ph.D. in applied behavioral science research, developmental psychology (M.A.) and psychology (B.S.). Her back ground experience was with non-government organizations in Thailand. The first project, she worked as a developmental psychologist volunteer in tsunami crisis in Thailand, 2004: the program early Intervention Programs for Three-To Four-Year-Old Children in tsunami village, southern Thailand. She wrote books, the Developing leadership in career and marketing for Deep South woman curriculum (published by Oxfam) and the research book about children in the disaster: Voice of the children, Attitudes and opinions of children regarding disaster response and preparedness (published by Raks Thai Foundation and Unicef). Kedkun has planned for a research in psychology volunteerism and volunteer for development.
