Debrah is part of the International Networks team at the Singapore International Foundation that organises the Young Social Entrepreneurs programme, aiming to nurture young social entrepreneurs from the region.
She currently leads on the YSE Mentorship Scheme, a core component of the YSE programme, that brings together successful entrepreneurs and consultants from Temasek and McKinsey and Co. to provide guidance and strategic counsel for young changemakers. The scheme ensures that efficient recruitment, onboarding and matching of mentors to social entrepreneurs.
She was previously with the Cultural Exchange team at SIF and has prior experience in arts policy and community programming at the National Arts Council Singapore. She is volunteers as a youth leader with the Singapore Soka Association and has been involved in initiatives for youth development and inter-faith understanding. She has also volunteered with public institutions like the National Youth Council as well as private organisations like HealthServe that provides medical services to migrant workers.
